As a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel purchases of goods from 360 Grow.eu through this shop, subject to the exclusions below.

You may cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party you name (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (e.g. mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel.

Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If you cancel we shall reimburse all payments received from you immediately and within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

If you asked for performance during the withdrawal period you must pay a proportionate amount for what was rendered until cancellation was notified.

Return the goods promptly and within fourteen days from notifying cancellation.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right does not apply, inter alia, to custom-made goods tailored to consumer choices or clearly personalised goods.

Sealed health/hygiene products after seal removal and inseparably mingled goods may be excluded—where legally applicable.
