Clicking “place binding order” in checkout submits your offer. We send immediate e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order—the contract typically forms upon our acceptance (e.g. shipping or invoice confirmation) consistent with WooCommerce workflows.

Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

Shipping, packing or ancillary fees quoted at checkout apply on top unless a free-shipping promotion clearly applies.

If you default on payment or chargebacks occur, we may charge statutory default interest and suspend performance until settlement.

We may ship in instalments if reasonable for you. Risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes to you when the goods are handed to the carrier in consumer cases as set out in the German Civil Code.

Goods remain our property until the purchase price for that order is paid in full (simple retention of title).

We have unlimited liability for intent/gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence liability is limited to breach of cardinal obligations capped at foreseeable, typical damages.

You must mitigate loss. Liability for data loss may be limited absent agreed backup obligations.

Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy. Copying shop content requires consent where not permitted by law.

German law applies excluding the CISG, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
