Shipping & delivery

How fast do you process orders and how long does delivery take?
We usually process and ship within 24 hours (business days). Within Germany transit often takes 1–3 business days depending on carrier and region.
From which order value is shipping free?
We ship free within Germany for orders of 100 € or more, unless stated otherwise.
How discreet is packaging?
All shipments are neutrally packed without conspicuous product or brand hints on the outer box.
Do I get shipment tracking?
Once the carrier has picked up the parcel you usually get an e-mail with a tracking link. More details under Shipping & payment.
Do you deliver elsewhere in Europe?
Delivery abroad may be available depending on destination and legal rules. Checkout shows options and costs. Contact us before ordering if unsure.
My parcel is damaged or missing – what should I do?
Document transport damage with photos (box and contents) and send your order number. For missing parcels we check carrier status and reply with next steps.

Can I withdraw or start a return?
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights. Details are in our cancellation policy and on Shipping & payment.
Can I change or cancel an ongoing order?
Until your order is not picked or shipped we try to help. E-mail us promptly with your order number.
Can I order online and pick up in Hamburg?
Yes, pickup of paid orders is possible. Arrange timing via our contact page and we will notify you when ready.
Damaged item or wrong delivery – how do I claim?
Send photos, a short description, and your order number. We will review and propose a solution (replacement, partial refund, or return as appropriate).
Do I get an invoice with VAT shown?
Yes. You typically receive a PDF or e-mail invoice after dispatch or with confirmation, including all legally required details.
Can I redeem vouchers or promo codes?
Enter valid codes at cart or checkout. Terms such as minimum order and validity are shown there.

Which payment methods are supported?

When is my payment method charged?
It depends on the method: prepayment after receipt; PayPal/card typically at order completion or per provider rules. Checkout shows relevant notes.
Is the online checkout technically secure?
We use standard shop and encryption (HTTPS). Payment data is processed by specialized providers—not stored in plain text on our servers.

Are shop items actually in stock?
We maintain stock continuously. Shortages are shown in checkout or we e-mail you about alternatives or delivery dates.
How does product and setup advice work?
Our team helps with tents, fans, lights, and media — in the Shop, by phone, and on site. Beginners: share room size and goals for a quick recommendation.
Does manufacturer warranty apply?
Manufacturers provide statutory warranty and sometimes voluntary terms for many devices. We coordinate next steps with you for defects.
Are your products intended only for specific types of cultivation?
We supply grow equipment for use within applicable national laws. Specific use is the customer’s responsibility.
